Now I Am Saying It In Public!

A couple of weeks ago, I was talking to a friend about the Obama situation.  He’s a waste of time and that’s putting it kindly.  We discussed Pelosi’s fiasco and where we thought it was headed.  We were right.

We also talked about his indecision on the troops to Afghanistan.  I told her that I was afraid that he was just stalling.  I said that I felt he was using it as leverage over the heads of the Congress to get his socialistic health care bill passed.  She agreed and said that we would know for sure if the health care bill was passed in both houses before he sent the troops.

Today I spotted this article in Yahoo news.

“White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said the president would meet again on Wednesday with key members of his foreign policy and military team but was unlikely to announce final plans for Afghanistan until late this month, when he returns from an extended diplomatic trip to Asia.”

Now I ask you, what happened in the House of Representatives on Saturday night?

And I really can’t think of anything more important than his “extended diplomatic trip to Asia,” can you?  No, he has to collect the Nobel Prize that he doesn’t deserve, and while he’s there, he can just drop by Copenhagen and sign the deed to the United States over to the United Nations once and for all killing the American Constitution and the freedoms so loved by all Americans.

Then this quote from the article:  “Administration officials told The Associated Press on Monday the deployment would most likely begin in January with a mission to stiffen the defense of 10 key cities and towns.”

What exactly is it that Harry Reid says may happen in the Senate before the end of January?

I rest my case.
