RED LETTER DAY! JUNE 8!

June 8 is a very special day in the lives of the American people.  Circle it in red on your calendars.

In this one day, this one very special day, Americans can make the first RIGHT turn toward taking our nation back!

Primaries today are California, Iowa, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Virginia. In addition there are runoffs from the earlier primaries in Arkansas and Georgia for the Special Election for House District 9.

Take a little virtual nap with me and have the sweetest dream you can imagine.  In one fell swoop, the American people succeeded on June 8 in replacing and/or preparing to replace:

Arkansas – U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln

California – U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer plus nine Democratic incumbents in the U.S. House of Representatives

Georgia – CD9 – Save a Republican seat in the U.S. House of Representatives

Iowa – Select Republican candidates to replace the Democratic incumbents for Governor and the U.S. House of Representatives in November

Maine – Select a Republican candidate to fill the term-limited Democratic Governor’s chair in November

Nevada – U.S. Senator Harry Reid and select two Republican candidates to replace two Democratic incumbents in the U.S. House of Representatives in November

New Jersey – Remove four Democratic incumbents in the U.S. House of Representatives and select Republican candidates to replace three others in November

North Dakota – Select a Republican candidate to replace the At Large member in the U.S. House of Representatives in November

South Carolina – Select a Republican candidate to save the term-limited Republican Governor’s chair in November, select a Republican candidate to save the seats of two retiring Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives, and replace the incumbent U.S. House Majority Whip

South Dakota – Select a Republican candidate to replace the Democratic incumbent At Large member of the U.S. House of Representatives

Virginia – Select five Republican candidates to replace the five Democratic incumbents in the U.S. House of Representatives in November

Not bad for one good day at the polls, is it?

Be sure to remind every Republican you meet to vote on June 8.  If you can be a poll watcher, please do so.  Perhaps you can provide a ride to the polls for people who need a lift.  There is still plenty of times to join a Republican telephone bank and make calls to support Republican candidates.

If you have yard signs supporting Republican candidates, take them to the polls and place them as close as you can get them to the entrance to the polls according to your individual State laws.

Above all – don’t forget to VOTE!  With your help, we can get rid of the Socialists in Washington and in our State Houses one vote at a time – one primary at a time – one election at a time.
